Yearly program of the City Health Office of San Fernando, this year, a three-part operation : kugit was held last May 8, 15, 22, 2010. Three consecutive saturdays of May. During the first week of operation, City Health Office in cooperation with the Lion’s Club of San Fernando sponsored the program and catered to 441 young boys from different barangays of San Fernando and some even came from other towns of La Union.
A total of 200 young boys, were accommodated during the 2nd and 3rd part of the operation. This is yearly done to promote proper hygiene to young boys especially when they reached the puberty stage.
