R – Responsible citizenship is our brand of community service. The balance and dynamic between the governor and the governed will enable the city leaders to respond in meaningful terms to the demands of their people while citizens are willing to bear their fair share of taxes and cooperate with their leaders to achieve community growth.
H – Healthy city for good quality of life is our commitment. We will safeguard the mental, physical, environmental, social and economic health of our citizens to ensure optimum productivity.
O – Ownership and belonging shall be the guaranteed right each San Fernandoan. Each citizen will be given prompt, adequate and accessible basic services for them to truly claim that San Fernando is their home.
M – Management responsibility shall ensure that the city resources are equitably enjoyed by all the stakeholders in the community. Our elected and appointed leaders shall be persons of integrity, merit, deep understanding and compassion.
E – Environmental sustainability and equity shall be our responsibility because we believe that we are responsible stewards of the infinite endowment of the earth and our Creator.
