Business New Application:

Pre-Requirements:

1. Barangay Business Clearance
2. Community Tax Certification
3. Occupancy Permit (New Business/ Building)
4. Zoning Certificate
5. Electrical Certificate
6. Xerox Copy Individual Work Permit
7. Other Requirements Peculiar to the Line of Business

Post Requirement:

• Fire Safety Inspection Certification
• Sanitary Permit / Health Certificate

Business Renewal Application:

Pre-Requirements:

1. Barangay Business Clearance
2. Community Tax Certification
3. Old Business Permit / Billing Statement / Official Receipt
4. Electrical Certificate
5. Xerox Copy (Individual Work Permit) – business with employees

Post Requirement:

• Fire Safety Inspection Certification
• Sanitary Permit / Health Certificate
