The incumbent officials of Barangay I, City of San Fernando formally turned-over Barangay properties, funds, documents and records to the newly-elected and incoming Barangay Council.

 

 

The City Government, headed by Manong Dong Gualberto supervised the activity to ensure a smooth and orderly hand-over.

The transition team composed of City employees, Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) employees, Liga ng mga Barangay members, and NGOs are strictly monitoring the inventory and turnover activities.

According to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2018-12 or the “Conduct of Inventory and Turnover of All Barangay Properties, Financial Records, Documents (BPFRDs) and Money Accountabilities by All Incumbent Barangay Officials" must be not later than noon of June 30, 2018 before the newly-elected Barangay Officials assume office.
