The program caters 1,000 public elementary students at the nine upland barangays. After the evaluation of the program, suggestions coming from the different stakeholders are incorporated to fully accommodate the needs of the students. A new set of menu was introduced and an increased procurement of delivered supplies is also put into consideration.
