Officers of the City of San Fernando, La Union Justice Zone (CSFLUJZ) conducted a coordination meeting at the Computer Training Center, City Hall of San Fernando, La Union on April 13, 2026.

The delegation was led by Hon. Nyerson Dexter Tito Q. Tualla, Convenor and Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 28, together with Pros. Alexander M. Andres, Co-Convenor and City Prosecutor, and Atty. Patrick Jorge C. Sibayan, Co-Convenor and City Local Government Operations Officer. Discussed during the meeting were status updates on the preparations for the official launch of the CSFLUJZ on May 29, 2026, finalization of the list of local stakeholder-attendees, preparation of invitation letters, and updates on the development of logo and tagline collaterals.

Members of the Secretariat also present were Hon. Rodrigo C. Valdez Jr., Executive Judge and Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 2; Atty. Myra-Diwata A. Rivera-Caroy, Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) La Union Chapter President; Atty. Cristina Jenny M. Reyes, Assistant Regional Public Attorney of Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) Region I, and Atty. Maria Nadia Nalinac V. Gonzales-Pilar, City Legal Officer.

Also in attendance was Atty. Cee Jaye L. Gumangan, Attorney III of the City Legal Office, and support staff to the CSFLUJZ Officers, who provided updates on the logo and tagline collaterals.
