The Department of Finance – Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) commended and gave Certificates of Achievement to the City Government of San Fernando through the City Treasury Office (CTO) and the City Assessor’s Office (CAO) for being one of the top performing local government units in Region 1.

For the Fiscal Year 2019, Certificates of Achievement signed by BLGF Executive Director Niño Raymond B. Alvina were given to the CTO and the CAO for ranking as Top 6 among all the cities in the Philippines for the category of Collection Efficiency of Locally Sourced Revenues (LSR), with a total of 137.4% collection efficiency.

Meanwhile, the CTO also received a Certificate of Achievement for getting a national ranking of Top 7 for the category of Year-on-Year Growth in Locally Sourced Revenues with a percentage of 17.2% for the Fiscal Year 2019.
