CGSFLU REINTEGRATES VAGRANT PERSON WITH DISABILITY TO FAMILY
The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the City Social Welfare and Development Office, with the assistance of the City Health Office and the Office for Public Safety, reintegrates a vagrant person with disability (PWD), nicknamed “Angelika”, to her family on May 6, 2026.
According to witnesses, “Angelika”, a 44-year-old registered PWD, has been sighted around the city for 3 weeks prior to her reintegration.
Under the care of the City Government, “Angelika” was cleaned, fed, underwent medical checkups, provided with prescribed maintenances, and safely returned to her family residing at San Juan, La Union.
