CHED shares food packs to San Fernando frontliners

In support of the ASEAN Month Celebration, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region 1 Office handed out food packs to the frontliners working at the City of San Fernando’s vaccination site located at Saint Louis College.
As a way of also thanking and supporting the frontliners, CHED distributed 100 Jollibee meals, 100 bottles of calamansi juice, and 50 pieces of face shields to the City Vaccination Task Force and City Health Office staff headed by their OIC Dr. Romulo Monico.
Present in the distribution were CHED officials which included
OIC Chief Education Program Specialist Dr. Danilo Bose and Education Supervisors Dr. Arnold Ancheta, Dr. Myrelle Faith Mina, and Dr. Melquiades Ancheta.
Moreover, everyone in CHED is already either fully vaccinated or awaiting their second dose. This is their way of giving back to the frontliners who are working hard to fight COVID-19 during this pandemic.
Our frontliners are very grateful to CHED for their generosity! Rest assured that despite the challenges brought about by COVID-19, we will continue to support CHED’s initiatives in the education sector for the future of our youth here in #SanFernandoTayo.
