To cater to the needs of Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) in the city, the City Government of San Fernando has established a One-Stop-Shop located at City Dacanay Hall for faster processing of documents needed by LSIs who want to return to their respective provinces.
The One-Stop-Shop provides prompt services and assistance, including Travel Authority and Medical Clearance Certificate. A physician from the City Health Office (CHO) is in charge of the issuance of the medical certificate to LSI, who will then be assessed by PNP personnel for publication of travel authority.
Meanwhile, LSIs who do not have the means to travel using a private vehicle can coordinate with the city government through the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO), Office of the City Mayor (OCM), and General Services Office (GSO).
The LSI One-Stop-Shop is open from Monday to Friday at 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. Applicants will need to bring their Barangay Certificate as a requirement for the processing of Travel Authority.
The City Government continues to come up with these steps, which makes government services more accessible for the people in these times of difficulty.
