CITY GOVERNMENT, AGENCIES, OTHER STAKEHOLDERS WITNESS THE 13TH BALAY SILANGAN INAUGURATION

To support the rehabilitation of drug dependents, the 13th Balay Silangan Reformation Center in La Union was inaugurated along with the City Government, partner agencies, and other stakeholders in Barangay Cadaclan on June 3, 2024.


The City Government of San Fernando, La Union headed by City Mayor Hon. Hermenegildo A. Gualberto, together with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Regional Office 1 (PDEA-RO 1) under the leadership of Regional Director III Joel B. Plaza, led the inauguration activity featuring the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Manifesto of Commitment, unveiling of building marker, and ribbon cutting and blessing of the facility.
