The City Government, through the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), organized the training program Encouraging Language Development in Early Childhood at the ABC Hall last November 4-5, 2025.

The training was attended by child development workers and was facilitated by Mrs. Marie Agnes Macalino-Inocencio, RSLP. Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Makati Legazpi, this training aims to enhance the participants’ capacity to identify, manage, and support children with speech impairments and developmental delays.

Through this initiative, the city’s child development workers are given valuable insights into fostering children’s diverse needs.
