The City Government of San Fernando, La Union and Palafox Associates entered into agreement during the Contract Signing Ceremony on Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Updating of the city’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Zoning Ordinance held at the People’s Hall on December 6, 2024.

City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto, City Councilors Hon. Kyle Marie Eufrosito Y. Nisce and Hon. Quintin L. Balcita, Jr., City Planning and Development Coordinator Mr. Brix Caesar D. Cafuir, City Legal Officer Atty. Maria Nadia Nalinac V. Gonzales-Pilar, and Palafox Associates Managing Partner, Arch. Felino A. Palafox Jr., signed the contract to formalize the agreement.

Also present to witness the contract signing ceremony were Bids and Awards Committee Members and Secretariat, concerned Technical Working Group, department heads and representatives from different offices of the City Government, including the City Department of the Interior and Local Government, and staff of Palafox Associates.
