The City Government of San Fernando, La Union (CGSFLU) and the Municipal Government of Bauang entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on August 29, 2025, marking the 7th replication of San Fernando’s innovative Document Tracking System (DTS).

The partnership was formalized in a ceremony attended by City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto, Bauang Mayor Ma. Clarissa T. Lee, Vice Mayor Tanya Roberta A. De Guzman, and key officials from both LGUs.

Mayor Gualberto emphasized that the event highlights how local governments can collaborate, share solutions, and learn from one another to build stronger communities.

Mayor Lee expressed gratitude for the partnership, noting that the DTS will greatly improve Bauang’s administrative efficiency and service delivery for its residents.

Bauang’s adoption of the system began with a benchmarking activity in February 2025 under former Mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III.

Developed by San Fernando’s City Information and Communication Technology Office (CICTO), the DTS digitizes workflows, provides real-time tracking, and strengthens transparency—extending CGSFLU’s commitment to good governance and innovation beyond the #PeoplesCity of #SanFernandoTayo.
