COURTESY VISIT: Miss Philippines Earth Roxanne Allison Baeyens paid a courtesy visit to City Mayor Alf Ortega last Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at the Mayor’s Office, City of San Fernando, La Union. The Income Generating Products (IGPs) of barangays such as ube wine, sardines, inabel, and bamboo baskets made by local producers were presented to the crowned queen as tokens of appreciation. These IGPs have provided income and employment opportunities to the marginalized sector of the City. Baeyens has chosen the City of San Fernando as her venue to shoot her advocacy video as an entry for the pageant.
