Personnel of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) held a turnover meeting with City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto in his office last March 16, 2026.

The meeting was headed by DILG La Union Provincial Director Virgilio P. Sison who served as a witness to the leadership turnover from outgoing City Local Government Operations Officer (CLGOO) VI Ms. Lily Ann O. Colisao to Acting CLGOO Atty. Patrick Jorge C. Sibayan.

The meeting reaffirmed the strong collaboration between the City Government and the DILG in advancing good local governance through sustained implementation of programs, projects, and initiatives that promote responsive, accountable, and effective local governance.

Ms. Colisao assumed the role as the Officer-in-Charge – Chief of the Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LGMED) of the DILG Regional Office I, while the City Government extends full support to Atty. Sibayan not only as her successor, but a new leader of local governance here in our #PeoplesCity of #SanFernandoTayo.
