The City Agriculture Office distributed Palay Seeds and Fertilizers as support to San Fernando City Farmers. 1500 packs of hybrid seeds, 263 bags of certified seeds, 1000 bags of Complete Fertilizer and 2,250 pcs Humus Plus fertilizers were given to 185 registered household heads of farming barangays here in the city.

This agricultural aid is essential in preparation for the fast-approaching rice planting season. This is a very big help to our rice producers as these agricultural aids are now given for free unlike before that it is subsidized.

Acting City Mayor Alfred Ortega spearheaded the distribution of seeds and fertilizers together with Acting City Vice Mayor Chary Nisce, City Councilors Ramon Monetski Ortega, Antonio Jucar, Rizalde Laudencia and Ernesto Rafon.
