Commodore Valencia pays final courtesy visit as Navy Commander of Northern Luzon

Commodore Caesar Bernard N. Valencia pays his final courtesy visit to Manong Dong Gualberto as the Commander of Philippine Navy Headquarters Naval Forces Northern Luzon last Aug. 6, 2021.
CMDRE Valencia met with Manong Dong to personally thank him for the partnership and support the City has extended to their office before he exits from his post as the commanding officer of the Navy this August.
Manong Dong extended his heartfelt gratitude to the Philippine Navy for the help they provided in COVID-19 and typhoon relief operations, for their support and assistance to the events and activities of the City, and for them ensuring our seas’ safety and security.
As a sign of gratitude, Manong Dong also presented to the Navy Commodore a Plaque of Appreciation for his versatility and diligent leadership. Before parting, the two chiefs also exchanged tokens with each other.
