In continuation of the 9th Convergence of Luzon ICT Champions Conference and Exhibitions or the CLICkConEx 2025, the conference highlighted cyber challenges, artificial intelligence (AI) integration, and talent development through panel discussions held at the Agora Hall, Thunderbird Resort on April 4, 2025.

Day 2 of the event started with a presentation on the DigitalCitiesPH Program of the City of San Fernando, La Union, with Ms. Rizalyn D. Medrano, Department Head of the Local Economic Business and Development Office.

A panel discussion on Navigating Cyber Challenges, IOT Innovations, and AI Integration followed thereafter, with Dr. Mary Joy Abueg, Vice President of the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP), as the moderator.

The panel members for the said topic were Mr. Robert S. Paguia, Division Chief and Data Protection Officer at the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, Mr. Jan Russell Diolata, Head of Technical Operations of Hiraya Technology Solutions, Inc., Mr. George Votava, Director at the Australian-Philippine Business Council, Mr. Jaserwin Sy, Presales Manager of Sangfor in partnership with CBSAC, and Mr. Gian Conde, Segment Marketing Head at Eastern Communications.

Another panel discussion was facilitated in the afternoon session, which highlighted talent development. Ms. Teresita Leabres, Treasurer of NICP, served as a moderator of the discussion with Ms. Emmy Lou Versoza-Delfin, Director of ICT Industry Development Bureau of the Department of Information and Communications Technology, and Ms. Frankie Antolin, Executive Director for Talent Attraction and Development of IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP).

To conclude the event, Mr. Edgee Zarsadias, chairman of the City of San Fernando, La Union ICT Council, delivered his closing remarks and expressed his gratitude to the delegates for their active participation and to the sponsors who contributed to the success of the event.
