12 SAN FERNANDO COUPLES TIE KNOT IN SOCIALLY-DISTANCE MASS WEDDING

San Fernando couples proved that “Love Conquers All” as they tied the knot on a mass wedding sponsored by the City Government through the Office of the Civil Registry. This year’s mass wedding, highlights “All You Need is Love”.
Acting City Mayor Alfredo Pablo Ortega officiated the civil wedding rites for the couples and reminded them to always include God at the center of their relationship. Couples were limited to a small number in adherance to health protocols.
Lunch was prepared for the couples, their parents, sponsors, and visitors. They received several gifts from the City Government, and the City Officials served as their ninongs and ninangs. Before the wedding, the couples took part in a tree planting activity and enjoyed a pre-nuptial photoshoot at the Botanical Garden.
The event was also graced by Acting City Vice Mayor Chary Nisce, City Councilors John Orros, Ram Ortega, Monetski Ortega, Rizalde Laudencia, Luzan Valero and Antonio Jucar.
The garden-like wedding was held at the beautifully set-up Botanical Garden last March 18, 2021.
The City of San Fernando, La Union is a City driven by the love of its constituents. Because of love, we continue to move forward which we continue to manifest for #SanFernandoAyAyatenKa.
Best wishes to the couples’ wonderful journey as they build and strengthen their lives together.
