DDB donates 10 Covid-19 isolation tents to support San Fernando’s efforts in containing Covid-19

Last August 11, the City of San Fernando through the City Health Office (CHO) received 10 isolation tents from the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) as part of the COVID-19 response and management efforts.

Early this year, the League of Cities requested for the provision of isolation tents which could be used by local government units like San Fernando to improve isolation efforts through the Anti-Drug Abuse Council.

Aside from providing tent supplies, DDB also thanked the City of San Fernando for prioritizing interventions on drug prevention and control despite the pandemic through its Lakas ng Pagbabago program which was established last 2016.

Also present in the turning over of the tents was Atty. Nadia Gonzales from the Office of the City Mayor.

The City of San Fernando is deeply grateful to DDB for contributing to our efforts in curbing COVID-19. Rest assured that we will maximize the use of these resources for the welfare and safety of our kakabsat here in #SanFernandoTayo.
