The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the Special Projects Office (SPO) under the Office of the City Mayor (OCM), provided school supplies to learners of public elementary schools in the city last November.

All elementary learners received a transparent bag containing five notebooks, pad papers, pencil case, pencils, ballpens, sharpener, and erasers. In addition, each learner also received a water tumbler.

This activity aims to support the parents in providing school supplies for their children. As of to date, the provision of school supplies is ongoing until all public elementary learners receive their own supplies.
