As I enter the City Administration as a Sangguniang Panlungsod Member, I commit to ensure mechanisms through the creation of legislative oversight committees and even people’s organizations that will ensure proper implementation of the Provincial Ordinances especially on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development, thus the relaunching of the One Barangay, One Product.

I will revisit our existing legislative measures in the Sangguniang Panlungsod that need amendments to keep attuned to the needs of the times especially in response to the on-going health crisis and to prepare, ready and sustain the City and the people’s sustainable source of food, income and healthy environment. 

With this, I will assure you that I will be attending various people’s and sectoral fora from all districts of the City and conducting structured focused group discussions then propose legislative measures that will assist, support and regulate activities and/or issues affecting the lives of the people especially on economic alleviation-related policies that would usher and sustain the people into the new better normal.
