It is with high expectation the mandate given us and the will of our constituents for our commitment as a trusted public servant and legislator. Indeed, it is our bounded duty and responsibility to uphold the trust and confidence of the people who elected us to work together for the socio-economic development and welfare of the community through programs, projects and activities towards a common vision in building a progressive City.

I pledge to serve with dedication, integrity and commitment where equal opportunities are attained for the betterment of the lives and livelihood of the marginalized, the senior citizens, PWD, solo parents, the women, the young generation, LGBTQ and other sectors of society.

To advocate active participation of the people empowering them to develop their talents and potential improving the quality of life through education, health and sustainable development that will uplift the lives of the people for the effective and efficient delivery of public service accessible to all.

To listen to the concerns and issues that are within the jurisdiction of the Sanggunian.

We thank the Almighty God for giving us the strength, wisdom and fortitude to be responsive in our capacity to serve as public servants.

To my family, thank you for the enduring support, love and prayers for without them I could not achieve my position as re-elected City Councilor.
