Being a public servant has been my lifetime calling and it is an honor for me to be once again serving the City of San Fernando as City Councilor.

My almost four decades in the field of public service has given me the experience and knowledge to pursue my passion in empowering the people of the City of San Fernando to build progressive and self-reliant communities.

 I will continue to be an advocate and frontrunner in uplifting the socio-economic status of upland, coastal and urban areas through the provision of sustainable livelihood opportunities, scholarships for poor and deserving students, community-based skills training, and environmental protection and conservation.
