INAUGURATION OF PBOSS AND 2ND FLOOR MARCOS BUILDING FOR TOTAL DELIVERY OF HEALTH AND ECONOMICS SERVICES

The City Government, through the City Health Office (CHO), and Local Economic and Business Development Office (LEBDO) inaugurated the Second Floor of Marcos Building (CHO) and Permanent Business One Stop Shop (PBOSS) building respectively. The same were blessed by Father Jojo Quesada on March 29, 2021.

Acting City Vice Mayor Chary Nisce led the inauguration and blessing of the infrastructure, together with City Councilors Rizalde Laudencia, Monetski Ortega, and Ex-officio Member Ram Ortega.

Also present during the event were Director for Research of DMMMSU-MLUC Kenneth Bayani, DILG Local Government Operations Officer Ms. Lily Ann Colisao, Provincial Director of DILG Virgilio Sison, Provincial Director of DTI Merlie Membrere, and Chamber of Commerce & Industry of La Union President Lina Flor Hizon, City Fire Marshall Ferdinand Formacion, and Branch Manager of Land Bank of the Philippines Ms. Adeline Ramos.

At the Second Floor of Marcos Building, the CHO will soon be able to deliver more services such as x-ray imaging and dialysis treatment. Additionally, more youth can be assisted with the new Teen Center and Computer Room.

The PBOSS building, on the other hand, serves as the unified station containing all concerned offices for processing of permits, such as business permit renewal, processing of franchise, mayor’s clearance, and transportation-related transactions.

The City Government is always dedicated in expressing #SanFernandoAyAyatenKa and continuously improves its health and economic services especially now that the city is transitioning to adapt to the new normal.
