The City Government of San Fernando, La Union through the Local Economic and Business Development Office (LEBDO) held a meeting to reorganize the Local Culture and Arts Council of the City, at The People’s Hall, last July 7, 2020.

During the meeting, the Local Culture and Arts Council approved the Cultural Development Plan for 2020 to 2022. Additionally, the LEBDO Tourism Unit presented the Implementation Plan of the Cultural Mapping Project to preserve, protect, and promote the cultural assets of the City.

The meeting was attended by the said Council’s Chairperson, Hon. Alf Ortega, Vice Chairperson, Hon. Macky Ducusin, and Co-Vice Chairperson, Hon. Luzan Ortega-Valero. The presence of former City Mayor Mary Jane Ortega was acknowledged as well.
