The City of San Fernando, La Union is a member of this Network, together with its neighboring municipalities of Caba, Aringay, and Bauang. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office, and the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist were also members of the organization with ISO-Ateneo as the chairperson.
As CArBaSan MPAN aims to strengthen the marine protected areas of every local government unit by building connections with each other, the City Government likewise reinforces our partnership with LGUs and other government agencies for the further development of #SanFernandoTayo.
