With PAVIC President Mr. Eliseo D. dela Paz leading the team, PAVIC and University of Santo Tomas College of Rehabilitation Sciences together with their partner Ms. Ami Tango-Limketkai of Perkins School for the Blind, Boston, United States of America had a courtesy call with Manong Dong to discuss a partnership that involves the conduct of Community Based Rehabilitation Program for persons with disabilities (PWD) in the barangays of our City through the City Persons with Disability Affairs Office.
