COURTESY CALL: National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Region 1 Director Atty. Monday R. Samson paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Hermenegildo Gualberto at the Office of the City Mayor yesterday, Nov. 5.
During their light-hearted dialogue, Atty. Samson introduced the NAPOLCOM Online Learning Hub, a free online leadership training composed of different courses. Mayor Dong thanked the director and their agency for their efforts.
Turning to more serious matters, Mayor Dong asked Atty. Samson for an increase in the number of police personnel in the City in order to ensure the safety of the people of San Fernando. The director replied that he will look into granting the Mayor’s request.
With the NAPOLCOM Director were Assistant Regional Director Atty. Leilanie Vicena, DPA and Atty. Mary Hazel Gavina Bela-o Chief, Legal Unit/Provincial Officer for Province of La Union. City Legal Officer Nancy Bilaoen, Executive Assistant Atty. Nadia Gonzales-Pilar, and City Administrator Gary Glenn Fantastico were also present at the courtesy visit.
