LOOK: Philippine Navy Headquarters Naval Forces Northern Luzon Commander Commodore Ceasar Bernard N. Valencia paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Alfredo Ortega yesterday, Oct. 20, 2020 at the Mayor’s Office.

Commodore Ceasar expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the City Government of San Fernando, La Union for the invaluable assistance it extended to their agency particularly in the conduct of CoViD-19 prevention and containment activities. Mayor Alf took the opportunity to thank the Naval Forces Northern Luzon Commander for their support to the City during the peak of the Enhanced and Heightened Enhanced Community Quarantine.
A Plaque of Appreciation was received by Mayor Alf along with some tokens from the Commodore.
