A portable water filtration system was installed by Planet Water Foundation at Barangay Poro Evacuation Center yesterday, August 4, 2025.

The system was officially handed over by Planet Water Foundation representatives, Mr. Dario Operario, Program Manager, and Mr. Reuben Suarez, who also had their courtesy call to City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto in his office.

Following the response to bagyong Emong, the technology will be turned over to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office to support the city’s preparedness for future calamities.
