
The City Government of San Fernando, La Union through the City Social and Welfare Development, City Treasurer’s Office, Office for Public Safety, and KMCC-Corporate Relations, including the DILG, PNP, BFP, and Barangay Health Workers, pursuant to the Social Amelioration Program, has started giving out the cash assistance to qualified households in eight Barangays in the City.
To ensure that the household is truly qualified, a revalidation was conducted through a short interview.
According to the City Treasury Office, as of April 23, 2020, 51 households in Saoay, 278 households in Ilocanos Sur, 94 households in Sibuan-otong, 56 households in Cabarsican, 26 households in Pacpaco, 84 in Narra Este, 101 in Mameltac, and 96 households in Masicong have already received their cash assistance. The rest of the qualified families are set to receive their cash aid in the coming days.
The City Government of San Fernando, La Union will never fail to make sure that all of us shall conquer this pandemic.
