The La Union Lions Club continues to provide meals for our frontliners as well as personal protective equipment (PPE’s) for our health workers, vitamins and other basic necessities for the residents of the People’s City.
To this day, they have already distributed 70 boxes of supplement food, 20 boxes of calcium carbonate and 340 pcs of faceshields for the frontliners and volunteers of the City Government.
Mr. Jeff Zamoranos believes that the battle is not yet over. They will continue their service to provide the needs of the community affected by the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
“Service is our main concern especially for our humanity. On behalf of the La Union Host Lions Club officers and members, let’s continue to care and serve our beloved city.”
During these trying times, different organizations continue to solidify efforts to support our unsung heroes.
Above all, like the Lion’s Club, God will always tap people to become instruments of hope to serve our brothers and sisters who at this time is in dire need.
