The City Government of San Fernando, La Union receives a Plaque of Recognition for being an active partner in the pilot implementation of the Social Technology Program “Strengthening and Empowerment of OFW Families towards Family Preservation” of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Office – Region 1 during their 69th Anniversary Celebration at Oasis Country Resort last February 7, 2020.
