Newly installed City Mayor Alfredo Pablo “Alf” R. Ortega, and Vice-Mayor Maria Rosario Eufrosina “Chary” P. Nisce, took their Oath of Office this afternoon (February 3, 2020) at the Provincial Capitol administered by Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III.
