SK FEDERATION CONDUCTS TARAY TI NAMNAMA, A RUN FOR VICTIMS OF WET MARKET FIRE INCIDENT

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation of City of San Fernando, La Union, conducted the Taray ti Namnama, a run for a cause activity, starting from the City Hall on February 10, 2024.
With almost 2900 participants from the SK and Barangay Councils in the city, agencies, organizations, and schools, this color run activity aims to collect assistance for the victims of the fire incident in the city’s Auxiliary Wet Market.
This activity also recognized the following groups with biggest delegation:
Barangay Category: Barangay Poro
Agency Category: La Union Police Provincial Office
Organization Category: La Union National High School Batch ’80
School: Union Christian College
In addition, top 3 finishers in each category also received a plaque and tokens from Beautéderm.
Also present during the event were City Councilor Hon. Mark Anthony Ducusin, SK Federation President Hon. Kirk Andrew Agulan, and Mr. Sean Yuri Sarmiento as representative of City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto.
This activity is in partnership with Federation of Student Council – Student Body Organization, Office of the First District Representative Hon. Francisco Paolo P. Ortega V, Ayat ken Laing Familia para Musika ken Sining, Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, City Local Youth Development Office, Converge, and Beautéderm.
