Members of the City Development Council (CDC) convened in a meeting to discuss the 7th Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) of the city on September 26, 2024, in Max’s Restaurant, City of San Fernando, La Union.

City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto presided over the said meeting and spearheaded the review and discussion of appropriations indicated in the SIP. The second and third quarter monitoring report of the City Project Monitoring Committee was also shared during the meeting.

Also included in the meeting agenda was the ratification of Executive Committee Resolutions and other matters raised by the members.

Members of the CDC include the 59 barangay chairpersons, representatives of various non-government organizations, sectoral committees, and secretariat from the City Planning and Development Office.
