Globe Telecom Inc., in partnership with Rise Against Hunger Philippines, donated 150 packs of ready-to-eat compact food to the City of San Fernando, La Union on August 5, 2025.

Globe Business Development Expert Mr. Dennis Rimando turned over the donations to the city through City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto. Also present to receive the donations were City Social Welfare and Development Officer Ms. Rosenda A. Liwanag and City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Ms. Julie Ann Hipona-Sias.

The donated food packs were then distributed to the affected residents in Barangay Baraoas.

Meanwhile, Globe Telecom Inc. also conducted a “Libreng Tawag at Libreng Charge” program, headed by Globe Territory Trade Development Manager Mr. Arvin Navarro, in Barangays Pagudpud, Bato, Pias, and Parian last July 30 to August 3, 2025.
