City Mayor Alf Ortega and Vice-Mayor Chary Nisce welcome Police Brigadier General Rodolfo Santos Azurin, Jr., the newly installed Regional Director of PNP Regional Office I, during his courtesy visit on May 19, 2020.
PBGEN Azurin is Police Brig. Gen. Joel S. Orduña’s predecessor. He pledged to push for more reforms and is looking forward to a strong collaboration between PNP Regional Office I and the City Government as well as the entire San Fernando community for a better peace, order, and security in the entire Ilocos Region.
PBGEN Azurin is a member of the PMA Makatao Class of 1989. He was the director of the PNP Maritime Group before his designation as the Regional Director of PNP ROI.
