LOOK: Mr. Guillermo William “Noly” B. Balcita, Jr. paid a courtesy call to City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto in his office to present his awards from a sports event organized by the National Masters and Seniors Athletics Association of the Philippines on April 17, 2023.

As a representative of Team La Union, Mr. Balcita, a 60 year-old resident of Barangay Santiago Sur, took home the gold medal in the 400-meter dash track and field event. He also bagged silver medals in the categories of long-jump, 100-meter dash, and 200-meter dash.

This senior athlete participated in 5 Throws For All 2023 Philippine Masters Athletic Championships which happened on April 14-16, 2023 at the Philsports Track and Field Oval, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
